New women ADIs smarter than men!

Lies damn lies and statistics may be the saying but the Driver and rider testing and instructor statistics: October to December 2017 published today – International Women’s Day –

continue to show that women have a higher pass rate than men when it come to the ADI Part 3 examination. All these latest figures are for the year to date ytd the nine-month period to December 2018

MSA GB General Manager said:

"It is amusing on International Women's Day to highlight the higher pass rate for women on the ADI Part 3 examination.

“However, I’m not sure if it is the high level of the examination that keeps the pass rate under forty percent for both genders or a lack of quality or quantity of training provided to candidates.

“Perhaps by this day next year with more emphasis being placed on high quality ORDIT training we can hope to see more than half of all Part 3 tests resulting in a pass.”

Other tables show that the total numbers of approved driving instructors remains about the same.

Car pass rates are very slighty down but the total number of tests for the nine month period exceeds the total for the whole of last year.
