DVSA want to advise you know that the DVSA contact centre services and vocational, bike and Certificate of Professional Competence business services are likely be affected by Industrial action on 13 and 16 January.
This means it may take customers longer than usual for their enquires to be answered when contacting us by:

• email
• social media
We are recommending that customers initially check GOV.UK, as they may be able to find the answer to their question there.
