The Terms of Business once signed, provide a contract between you and your pupil, clearly detailing what they can expect from you as their driving instructor/school, and what you expect from them in return.
Unlike other Terms of Business that are available, these have been specifically tailored to ensure that both the driving instructor and pupil receive the same level of protection.
