From 23 March 2026, the current ADI Registrar, Nick Taylor, will take up the role of Head of Rider Policy at DVSA.
This includes leading the motorcycle policy area, providing leadership on relevant policies, and ensuring DVSA’s services meet the needs of the motorcycle training industry and riders.
As a result, Nick will no longer hold the role of ADI Registrar as this is a separate position. Darren Russell, the current Deputy ADI Registrar, will take up the role of ADI Registrar while we work to recruit the role permanently.
