Motorists are now able to complete the 10-year renewal of their driving licence and apply for a first provisional licence through the Driver and vehicles account.
Along with the current features, such as opting to receive vehicle tax reminders by text or email, account holders will now be able to renew their photocard driving licence, track their application and see details of their new driving licence once issued.
First provisional drivers with an account will also be able to view their provisional driving licence and add a vehicle registered in their name.
These additional services come after it was announced last October that commercial drivers can now view their Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and tachograph information through the account.
