Gain an in depth insight into how the mind works: understand why pupils do what they do, and more importantly, how to deal with it!

Anticipatory Anxiety – when several of the brain’s processes shut down meaning learning just can’t take place – Learn strategies to combat it

How to deal with Auditory Exclusion – when what you say ‘goes in one ear and out the other’!

Strategies to control negative emotions such as fear, stress, nerves, panic, anxiety, intimidation

Techniques to recognise sabotaging thoughts and behaviours and how to turn negativity into increased confidence and self-belief

And a ten second technique to stop your pupils muddling up left and right!

All instructors who attend a workshop or have a 1-2-1 session with us will be invited to join our FREE Zoom meetings. During these sessions, we offer help and advice from dealing with stress and anxiety (for you as well as your pupils!) through to Life Skills, and answer any questions you may have, or, you can just pop along for a chat!
