To help DVSA to reduce national average car driving test waiting times they committed to create an additional 150,000 driving test bookings.
They are doing this by getting more eligible people in DVSA with a driving test warrant card to test full time up to 31 March 2024.
Last week they published a blog post from DVSA Chief Executive, Loveday Ryder to update you on:
- the work done so far to reduce driving test waiting times
- what we are doing in areas with long waiting times
- the impact this is work is having on other services such as ADI part 2 and 3 tests
- challenges we’ve faced such as bad weather
If you missed it last week you can read more information on all of the above in Loveday’s latest blog post on DVSA Despatch.
